Terms & Conditions

Security Bond:

All bookings require a security bond to confirm your reservation. The bond amount depends on the bus type and will be refunded to your nominated account after the trip, provided the bus is returned clean and undamaged. Please note that refunds can take 2-7 business days to process, depending on your bank’s billing cycle.

Payment Methods :

• Cash: Pay directly to the driver on the day of pick-up.
• Internet Banking or Bank Deposit: Must be completed 4 days before the trip.
• Credit Card Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex via invoice..
• Booking Fee: Online or invoice payments incur a 3% booking fee.

Confirmation :

Once the bond or full payment is received, we will send a confirmation email with the payment details. Verify that all information is correct to avoid issues on the booking day. For any corrections, contact us immediately at 02 9188 9094. An updated confirmation will be sent via email.

Correspondence :

Emails and text messages between clients and our team members are considered a legally binding contract.

Personal Information :

Customer information collected through our online booking system is securely stored in the XERO invoicing database.

Booking Errors :

Partybuses.sydney is not responsible for any incorrect details provided through our booking system. Ensure all information is accurate before making payment.

Cancellation Policy :

The security bond is non-refundable for cancellations. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip, 50% of the total payment will be charged to the nominated account.

Text Message Notification :

If you do not receive a confirmation text with the driver’s details the day before your booking, contact us by 8pm at 02 9188 9094 to obtain the driver’s name and number.

Late Arrival :

Passengers should be ready 15-30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If passengers are not ready when the bus arrives, the driver may not be able to wait, and no refund will be issued.

Bus Breakdown :

In the event of a bus breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement bus within 2-4 hours. If a replacement is not available, a refund for the trip will be issued. Additional costs incurred will not be covered.

Unforeseeable Circumstances :

Partybuses.sydney is not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed services caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, weather conditions, or strikes.

Traffic Delays :

We are not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, accidents, or peak hour traffic. Allow extra travel time for your trip, as our buses are larger and may take longer than standard vehicles.

Smoking :

Smoking is prohibited on all our buses by state law. Non-compliance will result in removal from the bus and no refund.

Beverages :

Consumption of legal beverages is permitted on board, provided it is done responsibly. Passengers must be over 18 and have valid ID. Glass containers are not allowed for safety reasons.

Food :

Food and snacks are not permitted on our buses. Any food brought on board will be requested to be removed by the driver.

Safety :

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, passengers travel at their own risk. Seatbelts, where fitted, must be worn throughout the trip.

Damage Excess Fee :

If the bus is damaged or left in an unclean state, the trip may be terminated, and the bond may be forfeited. Passengers causing significant damage will be liable for repair costs, with fees ranging from $300 to $1000. Please treat the bus and its amenities with respect.

Fighting and Vandalism :

Disruptive behavior, fighting, or excessive intoxication will result in the offending passenger(s) being removed from the bus. The police may be involved, and no refund will be issued.

Property :

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Partybuses.sydney is not liable for lost or stolen items. Found items will be stored at our depot; damaged items are not our responsibility. Contact us at 02 9188 9094 to arrange a collection. Postage is not available.

Photos and Videos :

Photos or videos taken by drivers are for advertising purposes only. If you do not consent, inform the driver. In emergency situations involving law enforcement, photos or videos may be shared as evidence.
